Polyvagal Theory Training

Training with Amy

Participants in Amy’s trainings report an ease of learning even challenging topics due to Amy’s conversational tone, insight, humor and use of interactive practices within the trainings.

Amy has extensive training in clinical application of Polyvagal Theory, and currently is a trainer and consultant for professional trainings for The Polyvagal Institute. For the past decade, Amy has studied the Polyvagal Theory and uses it extensively in her work and personal life.

“Amy has the remarkable ability to take complex concepts and make them easily accessible and very relatable. Amy's contribution to understanding Polyvagal Theory has widened my knowledge as a person and clinician. I have not only been able to apply what I have learned about Polyvagal Theory from Amy to deepen my understanding of my own humanity and lived experiences, but use it in my clinical practice to help others deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationships. And for that, I have tremendous gratitude.”
