Keri Perdrix, MA, LPC
Keri is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with more than a decade of experience supporting children and families across various settings, including schools and community mental health environments. With her experience and nervous-system focused approach, Keri recognizes that true healing begins within the framework of secure and nurturing relationships. She is dedicated to establishing a safe and trustworthy bond with each of her clients, empowering them to embark on their healing journey.
Keri's expertise lies in trauma-responsive care in order to effectively address the unique challenges faced by individuals who have experienced trauma. Her approach is informed by polyvagal theory, emotionally focused therapy, and the internal family systems model, all of which shape her compassionate and comprehensive counseling style. Additionally, Keri is well versed in the strategies and interventions utilized in CBT and DBT modalities.
In addition to her specialization in working with individuals, Keri has completed Level 1 Gottman training and utilizes Gottman Method Couples Therapy in her work. Keri’s work with couples is also informed by Attachment theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy, particularly helpful when couples feel stuck in patterns deeply hurtful to one another. She draws inspiration from the transformative power of couples therapy, recognizing the incredible potential for healing and growth that emerges when partners work together to support and nurture one another.
